Asection about etiquette is being included because too often we forget to think about behaviors and how they may be different within the various groups we encounter. If you are looking for a new job or a promotion, you may be required to interact with people from different cultures or who have different social expectations. Researching group dynamics is important so that you do not make a bad impression or offend anyone. We will review proper business etiquette.
