Now that you know the skills you need to develop or the knowledge you need to aquire, how do you go about finding training? This may seem especially difficult if you live in a small community without colleges or universities; however, there may be opportunities.
Here are a few local organizations that may provide training opportunities:
Calling your local Chamber of Commerce may help identify other resources.
The Internet is full of information, and training is likely available. However, if you prefer hands-on training, then the Internet may not be ideal for you. I certainly would not want my surgeon to have been trained from YouTube videos.
Try conducting an Internet search using keywords specifically related to your training interests.
